The Novateam in Action to Bring Its Company Culture to Life!

Driven by its values and enlivened by its company culture, Novaterra involves every team member:The Novateam, in bringing its vision to life. This year, six missions have been set for the Novateam, inviting them to share their vision of Beau Plan, six years after the city’s creation. Let’s take a closer look.

At Novaterra, company culture is built on a simple balance: “Have fun, work hard!” This principle extends to all internal initiatives, designed to strengthen team cohesion while keeping things fun. This year, Novaterra members were divided into teams. Over the months, they have been given various missions to complete. The first? A colourful tribute to mark Beau Plan’s sixth anniversary.

Armed with markers, pencils, and plenty of imagination, each team rose to the challenge, creating a drawing or painting that represented what this anniversary meant to them. At the end of this creative exercise, teams presented their work to the rest of the company.

Astride, Employee Experience Officer, shares:
“A friendly competitive spirit quickly took hold, in a healthy, caring, and fun atmosphere. As a new recruit, I found this initiative extremely positive: it allowed me to meet colleagues from other departments that I might never have crossed paths with otherwise.”

And what about the upcoming missions for the Novateam? Astride keeps the suspense… but still gives us a hint:
“The upcoming challenges will follow the same approach: encouraging exchange, strengthening cohesion, and bringing our values to life.”
