At Novaterra, Karina knows the projects inside out. A dedicated Sales Executive, she supports clients in agricultural and residential projects for the local market. Between site visits, administrative follow-up and coordination with various stakeholders, her role is to guide each client with clarity and care throughout their journey.

For Karina, Novaterra holds no secrets. This Sales Executive, passionate about her work, takes us behind the scenes of a busy daily routine where each day represents another step toward fulfilling Novaterra’s vision. Let’s meet her.

Hello Karina! To start, tell us about your journey at Novaterra.

I joined the company as a Sales Administrative Officer. At the time, the world of land development was completely new to me. I didn’t know its codes or specificities, and I learned everything here, step by step. It was an extremely formative period. I learned how to understand sites, explain projects clearly, master land measurement conversions and, above all, respond accurately and transparently to clients’ questions.

My responsibilities expanded over the years and with the projects. Since 2022, I have been working as a Sales Executive and I am now responsible for agricultural and residential projects aimed at the local market. I approach each project with strong commitment, combining practical knowledge of the field with rigorous administrative follow-up. I see myself as someone tenacious, deeply attached to the company and its values, and I hope to continue evolving and growing within Novaterra.

Tell us more: what does your role involve?

I support my clients in important and often very personal projects. My role is therefore to understand their expectations, constraints and vision in order to propose the most suitable project among the agricultural and residential plots we market. Concretely, I am involved from the very first discussions all the way through to the finalisation of the file. This includes time on site as well as follow-up with the administrative team, not forgetting the legal and financial aspects. My goal is for every client to feel supported, informed and confident throughout the entire process.

What does a typical day look like for you?

There isn’t really a typical day, and that’s what makes my job so dynamic. A day might begin with calls or email exchanges, continue with site visits with clients, and then move on to file follow-up with internal teams, notaries, banks or other stakeholders. In the end, every client and every project is different. You have to be adaptable, remain available and keep a broad overview while paying close attention to details. This diversity is very much part of my daily routine.

What do you enjoy most about working at Novaterra?

Without hesitation, the human dimension. I enjoy being in contact with people, listening to them, reassuring them and guiding them, sometimes through their very first real estate project. I also appreciate working in an environment built on trust, rigour and a long-term vision.

If you had to choose just one place in Beau Plan, it would be…

The lake, without hesitation. When we first arrived at Beau Plan, the area was still surrounded by sugar cane fields. Over time, everything was built around the lake. I had the chance to see this place emerge from drawings and plans, and then gradually take shape until becoming the vibrant space it is today. To me, it symbolises a harmonious evolution where development happened step by step while preserving its soul. It is a place that tells a story and reminds me of the journey that has been made.
