Having been established in Beau Plan for several years, the Mauritian office focuses on accounting management, compliance, human resources, and IT. “We were previously located at the Beau Plan Business Park,” explains Will Morgan, “but we were attracted to the new offering at The Strand when it was launched. Shadil from the Novaterra team recognized our growth and presented us with this opportunity.” The available space, high standards of the buildings, commitment to sustainable construction principles, and strong relationships with the Terra group convinced the company to move to The Strand.
Mourant has been settled in for several months now and has quickly adapted to its new environment. Reflecting on this transition, Will Morgan notes, “We now have more space and we have created a pleasant setup that helps us attract and retain employees. Moreover – and I personally benefit from this as I live in Mango Village, just next door – the proximity to the city’s infrastructure and services, such as the gym at The Strand, the shops at Mahogany Shopping Promenade, and the bus stops,makes our day to day easy.”
