A major new feature has been added in the reception area of Novaterra’s offices at the Beau Plan Business Park: a nearly 3-meter-long scale model of the future city. Let’s take a closer look.
It took nearly a year for the Novaterra and X Works teams to bring this model to life. Built at a 1:1000 scale, it showcases the city’s various districts and developments in meticulous detail. From the Lakeside District, home to the Mahogany Shopping Promenade and The Strand buildings, to the residential neighborhoods and the urban park, nothing has been left out. The model faithfully reflects Beau Plan’s infrastructure, layout, and green spaces.
Emeric Vigier de Latour, Communications Manager at Novaterra, explains:“We began the process at the end of 2023, driven by the desire to bring the city’s progress to life, five years after its inception. Websites and maps just don’t allow our partners, investors, and buyers to project themselves into the future the way a physical model does. It offers a true bird’s-eye view. It’s a powerful tool that helps everyone understand how the city is structured and visualizes the end result we’re aiming for.”
More than just helping buyers picture their future living environment, the model — installed at the end of 2024, has also won over Novaterra’s own teams. Proud to see their work from this new angle, each took a moment to admire the carefully crafted details of every project, brought to life by the X Works team.
Located on the ground floor of Novaterra’s offices, the model is open for all visitors to discover and explore a vivid preview of what Beau Plan is set to become.
